Late, cult Japanese actor Yusaku Matsuda stars in RESURRECTION OF THE GOLDEN WOLF (YOMIGAERU KINRO). A normal, salary-earning corporate worker leads a double life as a vicious criminal by night. He seeks to dominate the corporation he toils for, and has no qualms about the violent and grotesque actions he must undertake in order to achieve his goal. Co-starring the legendary Sonny Chiba, RESURRECTION OF THE GOLDEN WOLF was later remade, amazingly, as a weekly television drama.

Starsky and Hutch (WS/DVD)

Coming off the heels of his hilarious college romp OLD SCHOOL, director Todd Phillips returns with a film that mocks the television cop dramas of the 1970s. They immortalized their experiences in the Live at Budokan album, providing a great memento of their time in the Far East. 25 years later, in the summer of 2003, the band returned to Japan, and undertook a lengthy tour of the country that had embraced them so fully. This release offers an insight into the touring party, with documentary footage and live performances both vying for viewers attentions.
